Kris Lalk is a sports performance coach and personal trainer that has been working with Going Vertical since February of 2016. His athletic background consists of basketball, football, and soccer, but primarily baseball where I spent 20 years of my life on the ball diamond. As a tall left-handed pitcher, I received scholarships to play baseball at Garden City Community College where I received multiple All-conference honorable mentions in 2011 and 2012. Then transferred to Metropolitan State University of Denver where I received RMAC conference honorable mentions as well as All-regional player of the year honorable mentions in 2015.
After my athletic career, I finished up my studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Fitness and Exercise Science with an emphasis on Sports Performance and a minor in Nutrition. My goals for the athletes at Going Vertical are to develop the tools they need to get to the next level along with achieving excellence on and of the playing field.
