Brian is from Ralston, NE and attended Ralston High School where he was involved in the Cross Country, Wrestling, and Soccer programs. He received his Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. At Rockhurst he played Soccer at the NCAA Division II level reaching the Elite Eight his sophomore year and Final Four his junior year. He has certifications as both an Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and a CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In his free time Brian still stays active with soccer leagues, sand volleyball, rock climbing, and coaching a U-11 soccer team. Brian has been doing sports performance coaching for about two years and has been lucky enough to work with some top tier athletes like Travis Kelce (KC Chiefs) and Eric Palmer-Brown (Sporting KC). His specialties are in Soccer training and injury prevention. Brian has a background working in a physical therapy clinic and enjoys teaching athletes about the stretches/exercises needed to prevent potential injury or re-injury. His passion is helping athletes through the necessary progressions to reach their full potential.
