Adam DeCraeneTrainer

    Adam is originally from La Crosse, WI and has been a part of the Going Vertical training staff since January 2015.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in May 2014. Before Adam became a full time sports performance coach at Going Vertical, he worked as a volunteer strength and conditioning coach for the University of Nebraska football team.  Prior to his time in Nebraska, Adam was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of Connecticut, working with the football, women’s basketball, and women’s hockey teams.  Adam is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA as well as a Certified Sports Performance Coach through the USA Weightlifting Organization. He has worked with elite athletes such as Byron Jones (Dallas Cowboys), Maliek Collins (Dallas Cowboys), Zaire Anderson (Denver Broncos) Geremy Davis (NY Giants), and Austin Chatman (Creighton Bluejays).
